We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days non pre order and t shirts as they are custom printed to each order within 10 days of order being placed , for pre-order delivery times are as stated upon order in the item description .
postage , please note that the delivery method you choose is the timescale from dispatch not from order or first class postage is usually 24 hours this will be from the dispatch time not the time of placing the order all orders receive a dispatch email upon the order leaving if your item is needed faster please feel free to inbox the Facebook page or email us at email@example.com and we can assist

Firstly email us to inform us then.....
simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. Please enclose your name and order nu,bed and what is needed is exchange or refund .
We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt within 14 days , or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
For an exchange the standard first class signed for rate will be applicable for you to pay for your designation in order for the exchange to be sent out this is at Royal Mail rates.
if it’s a sale item or lucky dip draw item a £3 repostage fee will be required for an exchange please enclose the £3 with your return
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You MUST use a signature on delivery service e.g. Royal Mail First or Second Class Signed For.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless you have received an incorrect order in this case please return 2nd class signed for
We will process your return within 48hrs of receiving your parcel and refund within 14 days .

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items must not be soiled damaged or smell.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging, all tags must be attached still ,All goods will be inspected on return. If the goods are not in the original condition with tags they will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
if for any reason an item is out of stock and sold in error this will be refunded
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please ensure you include your name in package or use the returns slip provided so we can identify the sender .
